INTENSE AND POSITIVE TRAINING ATMOSPHERE DURING HC ALKALOID’S PREPARATIONS

HC Alkaloid is putting in intensive effort to ready itself for the forthcoming Macedonian Super League Playoff matches. Following the initial phase in Skopje, the team has spent four days preparing at the sports center in Stara Pazova.

Coach Kiril Lazarov has at his disposal the complete roster of players he will rely on for the upcoming season, which promises numerous challenges and duels against the best Macedonian teams as they vie for top positions in the Super League standings.

“Following the winter break, we are pleased to begin preparations. Being together and training are crucial, considering we were apart for nearly a month. The facilities here are fantastic, and the training atmosphere is excellent. We intend to maximize our time here in order to ensure that we are well prepared for the upcoming challenges in the season’s second half,” commented coach Kiril Lazarov.

HC Alkaloid is set to engage in two friendly matches on Wednesday and Thursday against the Croatian vice-champion, Nexe from Nasice. A third match is scheduled to take place on Saturday. Following this series, the team will return to Skopje and continue its preparations in Macedonia leading up to the commencement of the playoff championship.

HC ALKALOID KICKS OFF FINAL STAGE OF PLAYOFF PREPARATIONS

HC Alkaloid’s players resumed their club responsibilities, starting the final phase of preparations ahead of the Super League Playoff matches. The team was reinforced as the seven players who took part in the European Championship in Germany rejoined training, contributing to the Avtokomanda sessions with renewed energy in full force.

HC Alkaloid will conduct its final preparations, engaging in friendly matches at the renowned sports facility in Stara Pazova. This sports center is among the most modern in the region, equipped with all the necessary training facilities.

Throughout the eight-day stay, HC Alkaloid is set to participate in a minimum of three friendly games. Matches against the Croatian vice-champions, Nexe from Nasice, are lined up for both Wednesday and Thursday. A third friendly match is scheduled for Saturday, marking the completion of this phase of preparations, after which the team is returning to Skopje.

HC Alkaloid concluded the first part of the Super League Championship season at the top of the table. In the second part, the team will transfer the maximum three points to the Playoff Championship.

This evening, in the final match before the teams are dispersed for representation duties, HC Alkaloid faced CHC Tikvesh on the away court. They secured a 25-23 victory, maintaining a perfect score of 14 wins out of 14 matches played.

HC Alkaloid’s coach Kiril Lazarov could not field Martin Serafimov and Marko Stojkovic this time due to injuries. Cadet goalkeeper Gjorgji Nikolovski filled in for goalkeeper Ivan Galevski who had commitments to the Carpathian Trophy national team, while Maksim Garbeski, a cadet player, took the place of injured Aleksandar Petkovski for the third consecutive match.

The game was intense, featuring strong fouls, while the score remained within a goal to two-goal margin from start to finish. HC Alkaloid controlled the score during the entire first half, leading with 5-4, 9-7, and 10-9. The home team, however, managed to take the lead towards the end, being ahead 11-10, and eventually secured a score of 13-12 at halftime.

In the second half, HC Alkaloid quickly regained the lead at 14-13. The remainder of the match saw a back-and-forth struggle, with the home team occasionally taking the lead (16-15). HC Alkaloid, however, consistently maintained a narrow one-goal advantage, while the home team continuously pursued an equalizer.

Similarly to the first half, they orchestrated a comeback towards the end. In the 60th minute, however Omeragikj brought HC Alkaloid to a 24-23 lead.

CHC Tikvesh called a timeout before the final offensive, but our defense was successful, with goalkeeper Trajkovski subsequently sealing Kavadarci’s fate with a goal into an empty net.

OUR HC ALKALOID TEAM VISITS ALKALOID AD SKOPJE

During the visit, CEO/MB President Zhivko Mukaetov commended our progress and achievements in the current year. This season, our club secured points in the EHF European League and demonstrated exceptional performance in the Macedonian Super League. The youth teams also exhibited outstanding results, positioning themselves as leaders in Macedonian handball, in line with the club’s strategic objectives.

Together with the professional staff, we expressed our deep gratitude to Alkaloid and to Mr. Zhivko Mukaetov for the substantial support provided to the club.  We also stressed that this year’s accomplishments serve as motivation for even greater success in the future.

We had the opportunity to tour the manufacturing facilities and the Quality Control Center in the pharmacy segment.

HC Multi Essence concluded the first part of the Super League Championship by securing an away win against HC Vardar Negotino.

As a newcomer to the top-tier league, our young squad will compete in the Playout Championship in the upcoming spring part, carrying over one point from the autumn phase.

Tonight, in Negotino, our team defeated its rival Vardar, securing a total of nine points. The initial part unfolded in our favor as HC Multi Essence took a 6-3 lead, marking the first substantial score difference in the match.

Despite the home team’s attempts to narrow the gap, our defense held firm, and we extended our lead to 10-5, maintaining this 4-5 goal difference until halftime, even with two exclusions for picker Karasmanakis in the first 20 minutes. After 30 minutes of play, HC Multi Essence was ahead with a score of 14-10.

HC Multi Essence effectively fended off the early second-half assaults from the home team, preventing them from gaining momentum.

With 10 minutes remaining in the match, HC Multi Essence maintained the same lead as at halftime (20-16), while Teodor Todeski concluded the match prematurely due to accumulating three suspensions.

Afterward, the host team mounted a comeback, reducing the score to 18-20. In the last moments of the game, however, our goalkeeper Viktor Vasilevski held strong, thwarting the home team’s attempt to gain significant momentum.

Ilieski scored in the 56th minute, widening the lead to 24-18 and securing the triumph for HC Multi Essence. The final score came about after composed play in the final minutes.
